Last Updated: May 28, 2025

Zeptum ("Zeptum," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to the highest standards of child safety and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page outlines our published standards and procedures in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Zeptum strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We do not permit, condone, or facilitate any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of sexual exploitation of minors.

2. Definitions

  • CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): Content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of sexual exploitation of minors.
  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on Zeptum.

3. Reporting and Response

  • In-App Reporting: Users can report any suspected CSAE or CSAM directly within the Zeptum app using our in-app feedback and reporting mechanisms.
  • Email Contact: Reports can also be sent to our dedicated child safety contact at [email protected].
  • Immediate Action: Upon receiving a report, Zeptum will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove any content or accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Compliance and Enforcement

  • Zeptum complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
  • We act in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws to address and remove any CSAM or CSAE from our platform.
