These rules govern Zeptum's city-wide Fortune Wheel. The exact price, available rewards, and chances applicable to a spin are always displayed in the app before the user confirms it.
The Fortune Wheel is organized by MIHAILO POPOVIĆ PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE MP SOFTWARE VRANJE, registration number 65179369, PIB 111083601, Omladinskih brigada 9b, 17501 Vranje, Serbia (“Zeptum” or the “Organizer”).
On each local calendar day, Zeptum uses the applicable plan probability below to determine independently whether an eligible user receives a Fortune Wheel opportunity. When no enabled coupon inventory eligible for that plan remains across the resolved region and country, an opportunity can still occur at half the normal probability. No opportunity is guaranteed on a particular day. On a selected day, the opportunity starts at a random minute from 12:00 through 20:00 in its resolved timezone. The first resolved regional context and timezone establish the following day's selection. An offered but missed window is not carried over or replaced.

The plan active when the daily selection is performed determines the selection probability. On an offered opportunity, included spins are consumed before Rose-paid spins. A completed result, including “no prize,” consumes one spin. An included spin may award one additional included spin. Push notifications are optional reminders and are not required to access an active opportunity.
Current plan benefits are recalculated before each spin. A plan upgrade received while an opportunity is still active may extend that active window or add the applicable allowance; it does not reopen an opportunity that has already expired.
A reward also temporarily reduces how often regular opportunities appear. For seven days after any result other than “no prize,” the user's normal daily opportunity probability is multiplied by 75%. If the reward is a venue coupon, it is instead multiplied by 50%. This changes only the scheduling of future regular opportunities, not the outcome chances shown for an available spin, and does not reduce targeted campaign scheduling.
The city base price starts at 5 regular Roses, increases by 1 after each 25 distinct users complete a spin in that city during the local day, and is capped at 15 regular Roses. Each user counts once, regardless of how many spins they complete.
The applicable cost is the city base price multiplied by the plan factor in the table above and rounded up to the next whole Rose. The app displays the final cost before confirmation. Regular Roses may be received through the Service or purchased in bundles. Every offered opportunity includes a spin without purchasing Roses.
The server selects each outcome independently using a cryptographically secure random process. The wheel animation only reveals the server-recorded result and does not determine it. Included spins use these category chances:

A spin paid with regular Roses cannot award a venue coupon or another included spin. It uses this virtual-only outcome table:

The server record is authoritative if an animation is interrupted or a response is retried. Zeptum may investigate and disqualify participation involving multiple accounts, automation, location manipulation, tampering, fraud, or another violation of these Rules or the Terms of Service. Legitimately recorded rewards are not revoked merely because the app closes or connectivity is interrupted.
Zeptum sponsors and administers the Fortune Wheel. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of the Fortune Wheel and have no responsibility for it. These Rules supplement the Zeptum Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Rules conflict with the general Terms on a Fortune Wheel matter, these Rules control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
